Restaurant days occur nearly every Thursday and Friday in the Spring semester, from February to May. Restaurant days offer the opportunity for students to get real hands-on work in the positions of head chef, cook, waiter/waitress, and hosting. It also offers the opportunity for the general public to reserve a seat to come and enjoy what the Ladle has to offer. The current weekly menu is posted below.
